Common questions
- How do I delete my account and data?
- Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your user record, all published apps, stored data, connected accounts, and payment info within 7 days. You'll get a confirmation when it's done.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Sign in at app.ellivate.ai/dashboard → click your avatar → Manage billing → Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- My app won't publish. What should I do?
- Email us with the app name and the URL shown in the publishing view. We can see the build logs on our end and usually identify the cause within a few minutes.
- Is there a status page?
- Not yet. In the meantime, if publishing or the dashboard is broadly down, email us and we'll reply with an ETA.
